Activations will be back in 3 weeks! Here's a few things to know about the devices you can bring to the network.
Tesix Wireless supports 99% of smartphones and mobile devices. While we support most devices, it is important to note some very important things before attempting your activation:
Your device must be unlocked. This refers to your device having the capability to freely activate to any carrier. This is a device that is not locked to 1 specific carrier.
Your device must not be blacklisted. A blacklisted device is a device that may have been reported stolen or has been blacklisted for another reason.
Your device must support 4G and above connectivity. 3G and lower-band devices are no longer supported.
If you purchased a device from another prepaid carrier, it is important that you check their unlock policy. Most prepaid carriers require that you have your device for 13 months before the device can be unlocked for use under another carrier. Please check with the carrier you purchased your device from prior to attempting activation.
