Thank you for choosing Tesix Wireless Network. We want to provide you with clear and transparent information about our service and network operations to ensure your experience with us is as seamless as possible.

Our Network and Coverage

 

Tesix Wireless Network operates as a prepaid mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) using the infrastructure of a nationwide network provider. This partnership allows us to deliver reliable coverage and competitive services across the United States. However, as an MVNO, our services are subject to the operational factors of the network we utilize.

 

What This Means for You

​While we strive to provide consistent and high-quality service, there are certain factors that may impact your experience:

Network Disruptions and Technical Issues:

Service interruptions or outages may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues experienced by the nationwide network we operate on. This means that those interruptions may also fall on our subscribers.

Billing, Support and Plan Management:

As an MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator), Tesix Wireless operates on the infrastructure of another carrier. While the network infrastructure we utilize may appear on your device, please note that these entities are not able to assist with your account-related inquiries or provide support. As a customer of Tesix Wireless, you are a subscriber to ours, and all account management and customer service needs are handled exclusively by Tesix Wireless.

Service Prioritization and Disparities:

During periods of high network traffic, our customers may experience reduced speeds or service prioritization in favor of customers directly subscribed to the nationwide network provider.

Coverage Variations:

Although we offer access to the same coverage area as the nationwide network, there may be disparities in service quality, particularly in rural or remote regions.

Device Compatibility:

To fully utilize our network services, your device must be compatible with the technologies and frequencies of the underlying nationwide network.

If congested, customers may notice reduced speeds vs Carrier postpaid customers that may be further reduced for a small number of customers who use >40GB.
